External call one sided was created by oxo
We have a VPN with two drayteks. Everything was fine until we had to change the internal network address for one of the boxes to 10.90.20.151 due to a Kubernetes issue with a NAS box. Internal calls work perfectly but external calls are one sided. My network guy has checked SIP logs and is now pulling hair out !

Hello @oxo

You don't say if you are using a dedicated VOIP server, or using Draytek boxes that have VoIP interfaces, or whether only the Draytek box IP changed or if the whole internal address range changed?

Most likely, though, your "network guy" in the dim and distant past set up a "port redirection", or "open port" for VoIP (usually port 5060). Now that the IP address (or range) has changed, you'll need to change the port 5060 destination IP to whatever is processing your VoIP traffic.

(More info would be useful  )

John.
