Hi everyone
we current use Logmein for remote support for clients, but the quick support option using join.me is pretty useless, so we're looking at other options.
I've had a look at Windows Remote assistance, which uses EasyConnect, but when I try, I get the 'EasyConnect is not available' Can't connect to the Global peer-to-peer network.
has anyone tried this and had the same issue?
I'm suspecting the draytek router maybe blocking it?
any thoughts
