2866 firmware 4.5.2 Issues (maybe 2865 too) was created by ianfretwell
Just wondering if anybody else has put 4.5.2 (available on international site -
https://fw.draytek.com.tw/Vigor2866/Firmware/
) on their 2866 yet ? (probably applies to 2865 too as it's available for those as well)
I have, and so far it's proving a bit flaky - multiple debug reboots, VPN's dropping.
Obviously I could just roll-back to 4.5.1 but I wanted to know if anybody else is finding it OK ?
Thanks.
** Edit **
So I've rolled back, uptime at 20 hours and counting...Also raised a support ticket.
** Edit 2 **
Uptime now 40 hours so I'm pretty convinced 4.5.2 has issues - at least with my config.

Australian site has 4.5.2.1_RC1a for the 2866 - so I've just upgraded to that to see if that's any better.
(see other post from a 2766 user with 4.5.2 issues!)

Not that brave ! This is the first problem I've ever had with a Draytek router. OK to install 4.5.1 ? (I hadn't set backup firmware for roll-back).

I rolled back to 4.5.1 just fine - all issues gone - before finding that RC version today. So you shouldn't have any problems.
