I can login but shows no devices under monitoring - devices. This used to show all my routers but now just says loading.
I have tried over several days with different browsers but same issue
any ideas?

I've spoken with the team, and they mentioned this could be caused by certain devices being added that are triggering the loading issue. Could you try deselecting all models first, then add them back one by one to see if a specific device is causing the problem?
That lines up with what we suspected. It sounds like one or more of those three models are causing the interface to hang when loading the device list.
Unfortunately, VigorACS 2 has reached End of Service and is no longer receiving updates or technical support from DrayTek. Because of this, we recommend moving to VigorACS 3, which is the current supported version and receives regular updates, security patches, and compatibility improvements.
