Hi Folks,

Looking for a little help here, not sure where I am going wrong but we are just trying this software out. I am trying to connect some Vigor2763 routers to it so they can be monitored and maintained remotely.
I thought everything was set up correctly, when using the test with inform button I get a green dot but when I go to the Vigor ACS it does not show up as new device or in the network I created for it.
Any pointers greatly appreciated.
